Lemon Masala is a deliciously fresh and spicy essential oil blend of folded lemon, fresh ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, Cinnamon CO2, Clove bud CO2, nutmeg CO2 and a touch of anise. Australian black clay adds a subtle black swirl to this yellow and black bar.

New men's natural cologne oil coming soon!

I have been working on a men's cologne oil for some time now and I am happy with the result of this beautiful olive green lovely! I am still unsure about a name for it but if you would like to add your ideas, let me know! I have some things in mind. This blend is well ... green and lush, almost oceanic with a woody slightly sweet dry down.


Ingredients: Aged Australian sandalwood, a proprietary blend of lavender Seville absolute with 2 other lavender species, Madagascar Vanilla Absolute, Amyris, Blue German chamomile, aged rosewood, Elemi, Australian Blue Cypress, Copaiba balsam, Gingerlily CO2, aged Haitian Vetiver, Wild Frankincense CO2, Cinammon CO2, Nutmeg CO2, Oakmoss Absolute, Tree Moss Absolute, in a base of Jojoba, fractionated coconut oil and vitamin e.

We have just released our new natural hand-blended Eden perfume and we are very excited to share it with you.

Eden perfume oil focuses around 4 primary essential oils: Jasmine sambac absolute, sandalwood, fresh ginger and guaiacwood. It begins with rich, slightly fruity jasmine sambac absolute backed with fresh ginger root and madagascan vanilla absolute all grounded warmly with plenty of sandalwood, myrrh and smoky guaiacwood. Orange, Cardamom and Fresh ginger essential oils and other artisan soap

I truly enjoy making soaps --- something special for the holidays that I wouldn't normally make all year long due to costs and expense.

Here is an absolute favorite!

Brazilian 5 fold orange meets fresh ginger root and cardamom essential oils for a wonderful trio. Organic mango juice is used to create the natural color of this soap. Mouth watering indeed.
Highlight oils include hazelnut, olive oil, babassu oil and rich mango butter.

Ingredients: Oils of palm kernel, coconut, organic mango juice, olive oil, babassu oil, canola oil, mango butter, hazelnut oil, castor oil, essential oils of 5X orange, fresh ginger and cardamom.


Sandalwood Monoi Tiare Tahiti Soap with Calendula CO2 Select


Highlight oils include hazelnut, olive oil, babassu oil and rich mango butter, Monoi, Calendula CO2 total.

Cardamom Vanilla Luxury Soap

I love to make Cardamom Vanilla soap for the holidays. Cardamom is a very lovely expensive essential oil so I don't make this all year but it's warm and spicy and rich and delicious!

Here is a freshly cut log. Notice the light inner color when cut? This will eventually all fill in to be the same shade as the dark vanilla shade on the outside. Cool, huh.

Ohh Alkanet root you are a wonderous natural soap colorant

So, you may or may not know that I don't use synthetic lab created colorants in my handmade soap. There are wonderful colors which run the full color spectrum to be had with synth colorants, oxides and ultramarines but I like to be difficult sometimes and so I don't use them. What I do use are natural sources colorants which can be obtained from various cosmetic clays, herbs, spices, infusions, teas and the like. Alkanet root is a putrid stinky herb which can give natural colors which range from black and grey to blues and purples. The trick is finding the amount that works for you and that my friends, is not as easy as you might think, because soap has a naturally high Ph level which alters your colorants. Alkanet is an oil soluble root which means it will release it's color in oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba and so on.

For the last 3 years or so I have been trying to achieve a lovely muted lavender. While I have gotten some nice rich color, I haven't gotten what I wanted, until yesterday.
Here is a pic of a soap I will have ready for the holiday season. It is a lively festivus blend of kadota fig, blood orange essential oil and tart cranberries. I have not named it yet. Right now my biggest hope is that the color will not "grey" too much.
